Omega Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon 311.92.44.51.01.003 - SOLD
The Dark Side of the Moon Speedmaster embodies a whole new direction for the legendary Speedmaster line, experimenting with innovative materials and technologies never before used in a Speedmaster. The case is made of a sporty black ceramic in 44.25mm, larger than the standard moonwatch but still significantly lighter and much more scratch resistant. Inside, Omega used a black zirconium oxide ceramic dial with white gold "Moonwatch"-style hands and applied markers. The bezel is also ceramic, with the familiar tachymeter scale being done in chromium nitride. Timekeeping is handled by the outstanding caliber 9300 movement, which has dual barrels with a 60 hour reserve, a column wheel operated chronograph, silicon hairspring and the signature co-axial escapement. It's finished beautifully and visible through the sapphire and ceramic display back.
The Dark Side we have here is an excellent example of the reference and comes complete with the large Dark Side box set and warranty and pictogram cards as you can see in the photos.

Case: 44.25mm black ceramic case in excellent condition as shown. There is one minuscule nick in the case near one of the pushers which has been highlighted in the photos.
Bezel: Black ceramic and chromium nitride bezel in excellent condition as shown.
Dial/Hands: Zirconium oxide and white gold dial and hand set in perfect condition.
Caseback: Ceramic and sapphire display caseback free from any noticeable wear.
Crystal: Original Omega sapphire crystal free from any blemishes.
Movement: Caliber 9300 co-axial column wheel chronograph movement in excellent condition with all functions working as they should.
Bracelet/Strap: Excellent condition original nylon strap with ceramic buckle as pictured.
Accessories: The large display box, card holder, warranty card, and pictogram card are all included.
