Rolex GMT Master II 116710B "Batman" Full Set - SOLD
Rolex debuted the GMT Master II in its new beefier "maxi" form in 2005 with a commemorative gold model. The steel models also received the maxi treatment with ceramic bezels soon after. But the complicated manufacturing process of ceramic meant just like with the Model T, you could have any color you wanted as long as it was black, leaving behind the days of the famous multicolor bezels on the GMT Master. But at Baselworld 2013, Rolex pulled back the curtain on their next iteration of the iconic model and debuted the one-piece black and blue ceramic bezel of the model quickly became known as the "Batman". The model was an instant smash and remains one of the most popular steel Rolex models today, and for good reason.
The example offered here is a rare bird, as it is a reference 116710B, not the more well-known 116710BLNR. The first Batman models to release had the "B" designation, only for 2013 and 2014 watches.
This Batman is a one-owner watch purchased new in April 2014 at Tourneu in Texas. It comes as a complete set, with the inner and outer boxes, booklets, hang tags, bracelet links, and filled-out warranty card. The watch is in excellent condition and shows only minor surface wear as shown.

Dial/Hands: Flawless original dial and hand set.

Crystal: Original sapphire crystal in perfect condition with no scratching.
Movement: Rolex caliber 3186 with Parachrom hairspring keeping COSC time with all functions working as they should.
Bracelet/Strap: Original solid link bracelet in excellent condition showing only light surface scratches on some links and the buckle. All links are included.
Accessories: The inner and outer boxes, booklets, hang tags, bracelet links, polishing cloth, and the original warranty card are all included, the watch is a full set.
