Omega Speedmaster Automatic "Reduced" Ref. 3510.50 - Serviced - SOLD
The Omega Speedmaster Automatic Ref. 3510.50 is commonly known as the “Reduced” because it shares the majority of its design with the larger Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch but in a smaller package. Measuring 38.5mm in diameter, the case shares the same twisted lugs with mixed brushed and polished finishing, black tachymeter bezel, and hesalite crystal as the larger Speedmaster Professional. The dial retains a similar layout to its big brother with triple registers and a matte black surface with white printing and luminous hour markers. Where the Reduced also differs is in its movement, as the watch is powered by the Omega caliber 3220 automatic chronograph movement versus the hand wound unit in the Professional.
This example of the Reference 3510.50 Speedmaster Automatic "Reduced" is in excellent condition and was just serviced in January 2022 by our Omega certified Master Watchmaker. The watch features a beautiful original tritium dial with very attractive patina on the hour markers and hands, along with a 55 million serial number which dates production to the 1990s.
